INTELLIGENT NANO-ARCHITECTURES (MOFS) AND SPECIFIC NUCLEOSIDES ARE ACTUALLY REWRITING THE RULES OF PHARMACOLOGY.
Abstract
Abstract Our developments in the treatment of gout and the restoration of the cartilage matrix are not just new drugs, but an example of how quantum chemistry and materials science (MOF) are changing medicine right now. This is really the case when science is returning to the body functions that were lost millions of years ago. We have proven that: Size matters: 500 Daltons is the perfect "window" to penetrate any barriers. Chemistry Is Stronger Than Biology: A non-enzymatic pathway for the breakdown of purines in tissues solves a problem that evolution has left open to humans. Specificity instead of volume: Moving away from methyl groups to carbamoyl groups is a choice in favor of bond quality, not quantity. 4. MOF as the End of Enzyme Evolution: The rejection of biological proteins in favor of nano-MOF is a recognition that chemical structure can be more efficient than living nature.
