Building Dignity-Centered Communities: An Anti-Bullying Framework
Abstract
Building Dignity-Centered Communities is a prevention-first anti-bullying framework grounded in Nalam’s Structure-Constraint Principle and the Unified Latent Intelligence Philosophy. It reframes bullying as an emergent system behavior enabled by social architecture, and addresses it through dignity-centered design, distributed responsibility, and continuous learning rather than reactive punishment. By treating dignity as an invariant constraint and redesigning environments, awareness networks, and response systems, the framework provides schools with a practical, evidence-informed architecture to prevent harm before it escalates and to respond effectively when it occurs.
