ISOA–SSCL: A Regime-Theoretic Framework for Structured Divergence
Abstract
This release introduces a structural framework for controlling convergence in expressive mathematical systems. It consists of three autonomous components:(i) a convergence control framework,(ii) a single structural theorem, and(iii) an executable proof-of-concept model. The work does not address specific open problems. It formalizes a missing structural layer underlying non-convergence across modern mathematics.
