Abstract
This paper provides a structured decision-support framework to assist small and medium-sized organizations in selecting the most appropriate project management methodology (PMBOK®, PRINCE2®, ISO 21502, or PM²). Ce document propose un cadre d'aide à la décision bilingue pour la sélection d'une méthodologie de gestion de projet adaptée aux organisations à ressources limitées (PME, startups, ONG). Il compare l'efficacité opérationnelle de PMBOK®, PRINCE2®, ISO 21502 et PM².
