Manifesto for a Science of Why, Geometry, and Its Limits
Abstract
This manifesto emerged from reflections accompanying the development of a geometrically uni-fied framework in which space, time, energy, and physical laws arise from a common geometricstructure. While that theoretical work aims at maximal unification within physics, the presenttext steps back from formalism to address a more fundamental question: the meaning and limitsof scientific explanation itself. The considerations presented here are not specific to any singlemodel, but were motivated by the recognition that even the most unified geometric descriptioninevitably encounters a boundary beyond which explanation gives way to intelligibility withoutorigin. This manifesto is offered as a philosophical complement to contemporary efforts in fun-damental physics, and as an explicit acknowledgment of the epistemological horizon that anyunifying theory must ultimately face.
