A Universal Control Framework for Sustainable Human Civilization
Abstract
Description This work introduces a regime-based framework for understanding peace as a dynamically sustained state in complex human systems. Rather than defining peace as the absence of conflict, this framework models peace as a regime-dependent condition maintained through bounded control, adaptive feedback, and structural resilience. Grounded in control theory, complex systems, and the Singularity Seed Cycle Law (SSCL), the framework demonstrates how peace: emerges, stabilizes, erodes, collapses, and re-seeds across historical, social, and civilizational scales. The accompanying demonstrator code provides a minimal, interpretable simulation of peace regime dynamics, enabling reuse across disciplines including international relations, conflict studies, AI governance, and long-term civilization design. This work is designed as a foundational reference rather than a time-bound case study, offering a reusable conceptual architecture for peace engineering in both human and artificial societies.
