Abstract

Wave Liquidity Redistribution Theory (WLRT) v1.x — Consolidated Edition This record presents the canonical consolidated edition of Wave Liquidity Redistribution Theory (WLRT) v1.x, integrating and finalizing the development of versions v1.0 through v1.3.1 into a single, self-consistent theoretical framework. WLRT is a foundational, field-based theory of financial market dynamics in which liquidity is treated as the primary state variable and price is interpreted as an emergent observable arising from the spatio-temporal redistribution of liquidity across price space. The theory departs from price-centric, equilibrium-based, and agent-driven approaches, focusing instead on the structural properties and dynamics of liquidity. The scope of WLRT v1.x is explicitly bounded. This edition establishes the foundational layer of the theory and intentionally excludes: agent-based representations and strategic interaction; optimization principles and equilibrium concepts; empirical calibration, reconstruction, or predictive procedures; normative, regulatory, or policy-oriented prescriptions. WLRT v1.x is phase-agnostic. The framework does not introduce phase variables, phase transitions, phase time, fragility indices, or related diagnostic constructs. All such developments belong to higher theoretical layers and are explicitly excluded from this version. The consolidated edition includes: the complete foundational ontology of liquidity as a spatio-temporal field; a structural description of liquidity dynamics (consumption, replenishment, propagation, dissipation); an applied, ontology-consistent extension addressing liquidity control, long-horizon anchoring, and market stability; a set of technical appendices formalizing the mathematical language, scope, and limits of the framework. WLRT v1.x is considered canonically complete. No further extensions, refinements, or revisions within the v1.x line are planned. Future developments—such as empirical methods, phase-based descriptions, agent-oriented interpretations, or control optimization—constitute separate theoretical layers and are not continuations of WLRT v1.x.
