Abstract
The PKB is envisioned as a standalone knowledge unit that can be accessed by AI systems through standard wireless or wired communication channels. Rather than functioning as a general‑purpose computer, the PKB is designed specifically for AI‑oriented knowledge storage and retrieval, enabling devices to operate with greater autonomy and reliability.
