The Complex-Dynamic Intelligence Protocol (CDIP)
Abstract
This document establishes a Master Framework for the formal description of intelligent and interactive systems. It posits that within specific regimes of stability, the macroscopic dynamics of such systems are dynamically equivalent to trajectories on a complex geometric manifold. This Protocol does not define intelligence via functional benchmarks but defines the coordinate system in which dynamical questions become well-posed.
