Technical Brief: Topological Fencing and Functional Entailment in Protein Folding Dynamics
Abstract
Current protein folding models often struggle with the vast conformational search space defined by Levinthal’s Paradox. This brief presents a Topological Fencing approach, derived from the Bio-Chem Topological Math Model, which treats folding not as a random search, but as a constrained transformation within a continuous manifold 𝑋.
