Abstract

This note defines a minimal governed-update engine intended to reduce unbounded drift in adaptive systems by enforcing explicit invariants at every step. The core idea is simple: instead of emitting unconstrained outputs, the system proposes internal state updates and admits them only if they pass a gate (Lyapunov stability, bounded change, and structure proxies). MGCC-P1 extends the state space from a 3D sandbox to a 12D latent manifold so competing constraints can separate geometrically rather than collide directly. The artifact is designed as a transparent proof-of-concept: the invariants, audit ledger, and hashing workflow are fully visible; operational details are intentionally omitted.
