Universal Stability Law for Physical Systems: Structure, Scaling, and Efficiency
Abstract
We introduce a universal, dimensionless stability law which links coherent information capacity, meta‑decay dynamics, and structural robustness across physical, technical, and biological systems. Based on a minimal axiomatic framework, the law yields a scale‑invariant and operationally measurable stability measure that remains consistent across platforms and system sizes. We extend the formulation through multiscale aggregation rules and derived efficiency quantities, enabling a unified description of stability in complex systems. The resulting structure provides a compact, generalizable foundation for analyzing coherence, information flow, and decay processes in multi‑component systems and forms one of the theoretical cornerstones of the emergence metric introduced in related work.
