Ψ-NVP: The Non-Violation Protocol for ψ-Retention Cosmology
Abstract
Ψ-NVP (Non-Violation Protocol) is introduced as the operational core of ψ-Retention Cosmology (Λψ). The protocol defines three domains of non-violation—observational, structural, and ethical—through explicit inequalities, invariants, and falsifiable conditions that prevent post-hoc tuning and ontological inflation. It provides a concrete test suite for late-time cosmology, including requirements for a growth plateau in fσ₈, constant anomalous γ, scale-invariant lensing suppression, and strict metric consistency (η = 1). The paper positions Ψ-NVP as the discipline layer that converts Λψ from a flexible interpretive framework into a strictly testable structural theory. This work is part of the ψ-Architecture Research Series, Vol. IV.
