Abstract

This work introduces Legal Relativity, a universal framework that reconceptualizes law as a dynamic regime system rather than a static collection of rules. Instead of focusing on jurisdiction-specific doctrines or ideological interpretations, the framework identifies invariant structural dimensions that govern legal stability across civilizations: institutional integrity, normative coherence, enforcement symmetry, and adaptive capacity. Built upon the Singularity Seed Cycle Law (SSCL), the model explains how legal systems evolve through phases of order, strain, adaptation, and re-stabilization, providing a permanent analytical coordinate system for constitutional law, international law, governance, and AI-driven legal systems. The package includes:(1) an executable demonstrator,(2) a one-page regime lens for citation and teaching,(3) a foundational theoretical manuscript. Legal Relativity is designed to remain valid across political systems, historical periods, and technological transformations.
