Abstract

This paper examines a class of AI systems designed to operate through interpretation rather than command execution. It formalizes structural conditions under which long-horizon reasoning can be sustained without authority escalation, autonomous decision-making, or execution delegation. The proposed architecture separates interpretive reasoning from executable control, enabling extended cognitive interaction while preserving human responsibility and control. The work focuses on architectural constraints and operational stability rather than performance optimization or behavioral autonomy. This paper contributes to ongoing discussions on safe, interpretable, and non-delegable AI system design
