Abstract

This release presents a foundational psychological framework that reinterprets mental states as stable equilibrium regimes rather than pathological deviations. Instead of proposing another diagnostic model or therapeutic method, the framework introduces a regime-based control lens capable of unifying clinical, cognitive, and social psychology under a single structural coordinate system. The package includes: an executable demonstrator illustrating regime classification, a one-page control–regime lens for rapid adoption, and a full theoretical manuscript embedding psychology within the ISOA–SSCL paradigm. The framework is diagnosis-agnostic, culture-invariant, and designed for long-term use. It is intended not only for psychologists, but also for researchers seeking a stable interpretive foundation for human behavior across constrained environments.
