Abstract

Paper 120 tests whether many micro-gates composed in parallel can sharpen licensing and sustain feedback-attributable, axis-resolved rotation in the governed 3D transport model. Holding the Paper 119 numerical contract fixed, we replace the single gate with a parallel multigate aggregation mapping gbaseg_{\mathrm{base}}gbase to geffg_{\mathrm{eff}}geff with Ngate=200N_{\mathrm{gate}}=200Ngate=200. Under a paired feedback-ON / feedback-OFF protocol, the decisive attribution falsifier (AF1) does not pass: neither arm triggers the decision object, swirl remains at numerical floor, and ON/OFF separation is absent despite high throughput. The multigate-specific coverage falsifier (AF-MG0) triggers because the aggregation collapses geffg_{\mathrm{eff}}geff to a spatially uniform, saturated field in both arms, eliminating gate gradients and corridor-scale selectivity. We record this as a falsifier-clean null that constrains multigate design away from purely parallel averaging and toward corridor-preserving, non-commuting compositions.
