Oxford Paradox: Institutional Bifurcation as Empirical Validation of the Turing Theory
Abstract
This preprint presents the Oxford Paradox as an institutional bifurcation problem, showing how academic systems can celebrate innovators retrospectively while suppressing or misclassifying living, high variance contributors. The manuscript formalises the paradox as an empirical validation of the Turing Theory and the Law of the Dead Asset, integrating institutional analysis, temporal architecture, and governance design. Appendix A provides supplementary material supporting the core argument and its application to admissions and peer review contexts.
