Abstract

This work presents a unified SP3 treatment of the cosmic microwave background (CMB),developed explicitly from the premise that space-phase alone is fundamental. Rather thaninterpreting the CMB as relic radiation emitted by matter during a recombination epoch, theSP3 framework understands the CMB as a preserved redistribution and memory pattern ofweakly conditioned space-phase following an early global constraint-release transition. Thepaper deliberately retains a conversational explanatory style in order to clarify mechanismrather than metaphor, while remaining physically explicit and falsifiable. Three integratedparts are presented: (I) observational and falsifiable consequences of a space-phase-originCMB, (II) an explanation of why the photon description remains extraordinarily effectivedespite not being fundamental, and (III) a direct translation between SP3 and ΛCDMlanguage so that empirical continuity is preserved. The CMB is shown to be the largest-scalesurviving memory structure in the observable universe. This paper is intended as afoundational and programmatic interpretation of the cosmic microwave background withinthe SP3 framework, establishing physical meaning and falsifiable directions rather thanpresenting a parameter-fitted cosmological model.
