From Twistor Generations to Torsional Hadrons: A Complete Geometric-Algebraic Unification
Abstract
We present a complete geometric-algebraic framework that simultaneously explains three fundamental mysteries of the Standard Model: the origin of exactly three fermion generations, the spin structure of the proton, and the mechanismof quark confinement. The theory is built upon twistor space T C4 endowed with three orthogonal complex structures πΌ, π½, πΎ and an additional operator πΏ. Geometric quantization of this structure yields precisely 48 fermionic degrees of freedom (3 generations Γ 16), with quantum numbers arising as eigenvalues of the algebraic operators. The sameoperators appear in the gravitational sector as π π = ΓπΌ π½πΌπ πΌ πΉ ( πΌ) β§ ππ, identifying gauge field strengths with spacetime torsion. This identity leads to confining torsion flux tubes, naturally reproducing the Nambu-Goto string action and linear potentials. Explicit construction of baryons as torsional knots yields accurate masses, radii, and β crucially β predicts that torsion carries Ξπ β 0.25 of the protonβs spin, resolving the "spin crisis". The framework is renormalizable via an ultraviolet fixed point and makes testable predictions for the Electron-Ion Collider and LHC.
