Thesis Summary Emulating the Buddha Deconstructing the First-Hand Discovery of Freedom of Religion as the Essence of the University
Abstract
Abstract This paper documents a "First-Hand Discovery" that originated from a cognitive void and, through First-Principle thinking, deduced the ontological essence of the University. The study posits that the university’s heritage does not stem from secular knowledge accumulation, but from its sacred function of guarding "Freedom of Religion"—the individual's freedom to engage in "Sacred Dialectics" under Divine Radiance without being formatted by secular interests. The paper advocates for the "Emulation of the Buddha's Freedom," allowing the Awakened to navigate freely between cognitive levels to protect truths that possess eternal value despite their perceived "uncertainty." I. The Origin: Cultivating "Fertile Soil" from a Cognitive Void The starting point of this research was not academic inheritance, but a deconstruction of the "Academy" (the traditional institution for formatting subjects). This led to a breakthrough perception of the "First-Hand Discovery" long obscured in Western university structures: Freedom of Religion: The university’s physical territory (high towers and libraries) is fundamentally a "Spiritual Special Zone" designed to prevent individuals from being formatted by imperial autocracy or low-brow culture. Sacred Dialectics: The university's function is to host religious-grade discourse—a rigorous, honest, and "clumsy" deduction of Truth in the presence of God's Glory. II. Cognitive Strategy: Emulating the Buddha’s Freedom To safeguard this discovery, the researcher adopts the sovereign posture of "Emulating the Buddha," breaking the deadlock of rigid hierarchies: Level Traversal: An Awakened individual (Buddha) is not defined by levels. He may choose to acknowledge a void in knowledge or "clumsiness" at Level I (Student), or define territories and sovereignty at Level V (Bellringer). Sovereign Freedom: This traversal proves that all hierarchies are merely tools of evolution, not cages for the soul. Admitting the status of a "junior" or "knowing nothing" is a deliberate act to maintain the purity of direct contact with Truth. III. The Law of Redundancy and Physical Territory The Meaning of High Towers: The university must possess its own physical territory as a "Physical Moat" against digital erasure and information pollution. Filling the Landscape: While "Freedom of Religion" provides the fertile soil, the knowledge accumulated through reading serves as the vegetation. Together, they constitute a buffer zone for the sovereign’s "Rest and Distillation." IV. Conclusion: Uncertain Value and Ultimate Sovereignty The Educational Significance of First-Hand Discovery: Even if the research contains flaws or lacks validation from secular systems (e.g., elite university professors), its value lies in demonstrating how an individual can grow sovereignty from a void. The Posture of the Monarch: True "Greatness" lies in leading culture without submitting to the secular. When institutional systems lose their guiding power, the individual must become their own "Micro-University," guarding the freedom that refuses to bow to ignorance. References Salucco, A.
