THE PHYSICAL NON-EXISTENCE OF GLOBAL COORDINATION
Abstract
This paper demonstrates, under a strict mechanism-only framework, that global coordination has no physically enforcing mechanism. By admitting only local energy–momentum exchange (LEME) with reciprocal back-reaction and finite propagation, the paper shows that any notion of a global state—global time, global constants, global objecthood, or universal simultaneity—cannot be physically realized. What physics treats as globally acting structures are shown to be descriptive conveniences that arise from aggregating local interactions after the fact. The result is not a new force or model, but a necessity claim: reality consists solely of locally enforced exchanges, and anything requiring instantaneous or system-wide coordination is non-causal and non-physical.
