The Elsevier Share Link provides temporary free access to the final published article. v1.1 The work introduces a data-driven, multiscale framework to quantify changes in the temporal organization of unsteady aerodynamic systems subjected to controlled modifications. Rather than relying on steady or amplitude-based indicators, the approach focuses on event-centered analysis of extreme fluctuations and multichannel synchronization, capturing structural dynamical reorganization that may remain hidden to conventional aerodynamic metrics. A central contribution of the work is the definition of a scalar Aerodynamic Reorganization Index (IRA), which integrates information from extreme-event statistics, criticality density, and multichannel synchrony into a single, interpretable diagnostic. The index enables direct, baseline-referenced comparison between configurations, supporting ranking, classification, and viability-oriented screening of controlled modifications. To support transparency and reproducibility, this deposit includes the complete software implementation of the analysis described in the manuscript. The provided code realizes the full workflow—from preprocessing of multistation time series, through multiscale metric extraction and synchrony analysis, to computation of the IRA, baseline comparison (ΔIRA), and robustness assessment using temporal and spatial (rotational) null controls. The methodology is demonstrated and validated using real experimental measurements from the Unsteady Aerodynamics Open Data Set, which is publicly available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.1135424. The dataset itself is not included in this deposit and must be obtained separately from its original source. This work builds upon the TAMC-FRANJAMAR framework originally introduced for the retrospective and reproducible analysis of collective statistical behavior in multistation seismic networks.
