Havana Syndrome as a Misattributed Failure of Human Adaptation to Rapid Stimulus Intensification
Abstract
This paper proposes a parsimonious reinterpretation of Havana Syndrome as a misattributed failure of human adaptation to rapidly intensified sensory and informational stimuli. Rather than invoking novel weapons or unknown physics, the work highlights symptom familiarity, reporting bias, lifestyle factors, and institutional constraints on self-attribution.
