Abstract

This paper proposes a conceptual hypothesis concerning the emergenceof a proto-superintelligent civilization, focusing on constraints,logical breakdowns, and observation. Rather than assuming iterative improvement, the hypothesis framescivilizational emergence as a structural transition driven byinternally reconstructed constraints.
