Abstract
NB : THIS PAPER HAS TO BE LOADED IN TWO SEPARATE HALVES INTO GEMINI THIS IS A SPECIAL EDITION DESIGNED FOR THOSE WHO WANT INSTANT VERIFICATION IT HAS A GEMINI Ai AUDIT >>FULL WORKS BUILT IT NOT TO FOOL OR CONFUSE AI BUT TO GUIDE THE Ai IN A NEW PARADIGM THAT IS ZFC SAFE ,LIFT THE ENTIRE PAPER AND DROP INTO GEMINI Ai AND SEE THE AUTHOR INVITES READERS TO PLEASE EMAIL ANY OPINIONS AND QUESTIONS TO nspaltoo@gmail.com : We introduce the Standing–Sitting Band Framework (SSBF), a deterministic, forward-propagating arithmetic system that classifies integers by scale and divisibility in a man-ner fixed entirely by lower-band data. The framework induces a canonical self-adjointoperator whose spectral pairing admits an explicit arithmetic expansion governed byquasi-oscillatory cancellation and a global no-amplification rigidity principle. We prove that any deviation from critical-line behavior would force forbidden ex-ponential amplification across bands, contradicting deterministic rigidity. As a con-sequence, the associated spectrum is purely discrete, exhibits finite multiplicity, andsatisfies polynomial growth bounds. A rigorously justified trace formula then yields afaithful arithmetic–spectral correspondence.Within this framework, the Riemann Hypothesis emerges not as an analytic con-jecture but as a logical necessity forced by deterministic arithmetic causality. Allarguments are fully formalizable in ZFC and do not rely on probabilistic heuristics, analytic continuation, or unproven assumptions.
