Abstract

\begin{abstract}The TGIU Equilibrium Force (TEF), formulated within the Universal Gravito--Informational Theory (TGIU), is presented as an \textit{ontological regularization principle} constraining existence to finite curvature domains. Rather than an energetic interaction, TEF operates as a stabilizing informational field coupling coherence ($\Phi$) and entropy ($S$) through the Curvature--State Transform (CST) operator. The minimal Lagrangian\[\mathcal{L}_{\mathrm{TGIU}} =\frac{1}{2}(\nabla_\mu J_{\mathrm{CST}})(\nabla^\mu J_{\mathrm{CST}})-\lambda_{\mathrm{TEF}}\,J_{\mathrm{CST}}(\Phi - S)\]yields the TGIU Unification Equation:\[\nabla_{\mu}J_{\mathrm{CST}} = \lambda_{\mathrm{TEF}}(\Phi - S),\]which replaces probabilistic quantum indeterminacy with deterministic informational curvature. TEF prevents singularities, infinite asymmetry, or total equilibrium, defining a self--regularizing universe. The model provides testable predictions for cosmology, quantum coherence, and biological continuity, establishing TEF as an ontological limit analogous to $\hbar$, $c$, and $G$ in conventional physics.\end{abstract}
