Our Universe Framework.
Abstract
I present a complete, parameter-free physical framework in which all observed structure—particles, forces, spacetime geometry, and physical constants—emerges from a single complex scalar field governed by a nonlinear, nonlocal wave equation. The Our Universe Framework (OUF) posits that the spectral trace of fluctuations around a topologically nontrivial vacuum uniquely determines all dimensionless constants through closure conditions. We derive the values $f = 1/(2\pi^2)$, $d_s = 3 + 2\ln(3/2)/\ln(4) \approx 3.585$, and $\lambda = 0.12$ from first principles, show how gauge forces and gravity emerge from trace expansion, and demonstrate that "constants" vary with local condensate density. The framework makes testable predictions for particle mass ratios, coupling evolution in extreme environments, and cosmological observables. Unlike conventional approaches, OUF contains no free parameters and requires no quantization of spacetime—instead, quantum mechanics, relativity, and gravitational phenomena emerge as effective descriptions of a deterministic substrate. We present the mathematical structure, physical consequences, and falsifiable predictions of this framework. New in V2. Explicit $d_s(\rho, p)$ functional form, $f_{\text{eff}}(\rho)$ environmental dependence, Quantitative astrophysical predictions, Dimensional evolution cosmology.
