Abstract

We investigate the nonlinear strong-field regime of dynamical torsion gravity within the Expansion--Compaction--Torsion (ECT) framework\. Building directly on the covariant field theory and linear stability certification established in companion works, we construct and analyse finite-energy, nonsingular strong-field solutions of the coupled metric--torsion system. We demonstrate that the theory admits discrete, phase-locked torsion shell configurations characterised by integer winding number, providing a unified geometric origin for particle-like objects, compact astrophysical cores, and galactic nuclei. The results establish that identical geometric mechanisms operate across scales, with physical size emerging dynamically rather than being imposed.
