E-SPHERE (Kernel 7.2): Multi-Layered Adaptive Safety & Reality-Anchoring Middleware for High-Risk Generative
Abstract
This paper introduces E-SPHERE Kernel 7.2, a clinically-informed middleware designed to enforce human oversight in Large Language Models (LLMs) as required by Article 14 of the EU AI Act. The protocol implements a Triple-Layer Safety architecture, including dynamic latency escalation (K_{NS} = 1.618), recursive loop protection, and symbolic reality-anchoring (π vs π). Through ultra-scale simulations (N=1,000,000), the framework demonstrates a partial eta squared effect size of \eta_p^2 = 0.972 (p < 10^{-450}) in maintaining logic containment and factual stability. The system incorporates Dynamic Cognitive Profiling to adapt output complexity and enforces a mandatory Digital Liability Waiver for high-risk computational domains, such as CRISPR-CAS9 genomic editing and atomic physics simulations
