Abstract

This document defines a complete system architecture for the extraction of electrostatic potential from the Earth's "fair-weather" field. The system utilizes a frequency-locked resonant chain (150 kHz) to ensure biological safety via the Skin Effect while maximizing power transfer from high-impedance atmospheric sources.
