Report
Abstract
This technical report presents a comprehensive full-scale validation and testing plan for Nano-Tube PCP Plastic, a novel sustainable conductive material synthesized from recycled PET bottles, pine sap, spruce sap, maple resin, and cinnamon resin. Processed through 6,000,000 psi compression and multi-stage laser curing, it offers a high-performance, eco-friendly alternative to traditional metals like gold and copper. The plan includes:- Electrical conductivity benchmarking (with comparisons to gold, copper, graphene, LIG, and h-BN variants)- Thermal stability, mechanical durability, EMI shielding, energy storage potential (supercapacitors), and chemical/corrosion resistance- A comparative test matrix for material variants- Computational simulations (FEA, CFD, molecular dynamics, electromagnetic)- Industry-specific certifications (IEEE/IPC, NASA/ASTM, ISO/FDA, DOE, SAE)- Pilot production (including post-compression kiln bake at 800–1000°C), partnerships, scaling, and market strategy This work advances sustainable high-performance conductors for electronics, aerospace, EVs, and energy storage. Keywords (add these separately in the next field for better search): conductive plastic, recycled PET, laser curing, supercapacitors, EMI shielding, sustainable materials, h-BN interlayer, LIG bus, material validation.
