Abstract

A LexicMap k-mer index (k=31) built from 8,000 Escherichia coli genomes.The index can be searched using LexicMap to rapidly identify genome-levelmatches for query sequences (e.g. genes or contigs). Built using LexicMap on FASTA genome files
