MARTINS-432-FLOW-2025: A Harmonic Temporal Layer for Critical Infrastructure and Computational Entropy Reduction
Abstract
Abstract This work presents MARTINS-432-FLOW-2025, an architectural framework for deterministic temporal coordination in distributed, mission-critical systems. The protocol proposes an alternative to conventional absolute timestamp synchronization (e.g., PTP/NTP) by introducing a harmonically quantized time grid designed to reduce temporal jitter, logical drift, and computational entropy in high-risk computational environments. The framework focuses on logical phase coherence, scheduling determinism, and entropy reduction in real-time systems, particularly under high electromagnetic interference and strict safety requirements. Conceptual application scenarios are discussed for nuclear fusion control (MHD stability) and high-SIL fission protection systems, where temporal coherence is critical. Submission Context This work is submitted as a theoretical and architectural contribution. All harmonic references described are engineering constructs intended for computational timing and control determinism, not physical resonance claims. The purpose of this submission is to invite technical review and expert evaluation of the proposed temporal model.
