Abstract

Skopein Engine is an experimental web application developed on the Lovable platform, designed as a Dual-Engine framework for document analysis, verification, and decision support. The tool assists users in: structured analysis of complex documents (reports, administrative texts, scientific corpora), logical extraction of factual and decision-relevant elements, coherence checking and information alignment, analytical reformulation and verification support, preparation of traceable and audit-ready outputs. The Dual-Engine architecture combines: A semantic-logical engine focused on structure, consistency, and traceability. An interpretative-exploratory engine focused on hypothesis generation, cross-analysis, and cognitive modeling. Skopein Engine follows a compliance-by-design philosophy and aims to support decision-making processes in complex institutional, scientific, and civic contexts. This Zenodo record serves as: a public conceptual and functional reference, an open traceability point for the experimental web version, a milestone in the progressive development of the Skopein / Dual-Engine Framework.
