LOCAL ENERGY–MOMENTUM EXCHANGE AND THE NECESSARY NON-ZERO LIMIT OF PHYSICAL SCALE
Abstract
This paper establishes a foundational admissibility rule for physics by showing that physical existence, objecthood, and causation require local energy–momentum exchange (LEME). By enforcing this single mechanism and applying strict removal tests, the paper demonstrates that a true zero physical scale is logically and physically impossible, since zero separation collapses distinction, reciprocity, and admissible interaction. The non-zero character of the vacuum and the emergence of objecthood are therefore shown to be necessities, not empirical accidents or quantum artifacts, reframing several longstanding problems as violations of scale admissibility rather than unresolved dynamics.
