Abstract

This preprint presents a philosophical and theoretical examination of a hypothetical model describing interactions between localized residual information entities (REE) and biophysical perceptual systems. The proposed framework is not asserted as established science, but as a conceptual and explanatory model intended to clarify interpretative boundaries surrounding anomalous perceptual experiences. Its primary purpose is to prevent misuse, overextension, or doctrinal interpretation by explicitly framing the theory as provisional, falsifiable, and subject to critical examination. This work does not provide medical, clinical, psychological, or therapeutic guidance. Any discussion of perceptual or cognitive phenomena is strictly theoretical and must not be interpreted as a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Medical and psychiatric care are explicitly prioritized where applicable. This paper functions as a philosophical companion to previously published REE-related theoretical preprints by the same author. Together, these works aim to establish a clear conceptual foundation for discussion while discouraging ideological, spiritual, or cultic appropriation. The author publishes this preprint solely for academic discussion, critical review, and conceptual clarification. Added biophysical analogies for clarity, expanded the discussion on AI and semantics, and strengthened ethical constraints.
