Abstract

This preprint introduces the Spatum framework at a strictly foundational level.The work is limited to ontological definitions, structural constraints, and explicit falsification criteria. No mathematical models, phenomenological results, or empirical analyses are presented.All technical developments are intentionally deferred to independent, modular future works.
