Abstract

In response to the doubt that the Zhao Futao Axiom of Material Memory is "non-predictive", this study takes the axiom as the sole core theoretical framework, focuses on the practical consistency between traditional therapeutic methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the axiom, and combines the underlying mechanisms of material memory disorder in human aging and obstruction of the "discharge" link in metabolism. It is proposed that traditional TCM therapeutic methods are highly consistent with the Zhao Futao Axiom of Material Memory. Relying on the axiom's core interpretation of "material memory", TCM can realize the accurate and regular removal of aged substances in the human body and the two-way regulation of metabolism, fundamentally solve the aging problem, promote a significant extension of the global average life expectancy by 30-50 years, and ultimately make TCM regain the dominant position in the global medical field as a core prediction. This study first clarifies the inherent consistency between TCM therapeutic methods and the axiom, pointing out that traditional TCM has failed to tap into its therapeutic potential in depth due to the lack of recognition of the "material memory" attribute; second, it expounds the core material mechanisms of human aging and fatigue, and clarifies the scientific basis for extending the average life expectancy by 30-50 years; finally, it demonstrates the core path for TCM to achieve anti-aging intervention relying on the axiom, defines the three-stage characteristics, core markers and verifiable criteria for TCM to regain the dominant position and promote life expectancy extension, and verifies the scientific predictability and practical guiding value of the Zhao Futao Axiom of Material Memory.
