Abstract

This paper continues the B-level development of Process Dilatation Theory (PDT) by providing a purely structural account of gravitation. Gravitation is not treated as a fundamental force, field, or property of a presupposed spacetime manifold. Instead, it is interpreted as an emergent relational structure arising from spatial variation in available coherence capacity under a finite global constraint. The concept of coherence curvature is introduced as a structural descriptor of inhomogeneous coherence availability. Gravitational behaviour is interpreted as constrained redistribution under this structure, without postulating dynamical field equations. The paper is interpretive and structural in nature and remains compatible with standard relativistic phenomenology without claiming a derivation of General Relativity.
