The CL5D Hybrid Model: A Dual-Track Framework for Regional Neuro-Rescue in Parkinson's Disease and Global Cellular Aging Reversal
Abstract
This paper introduces the CL5D Hybrid Model, an entropy-targeted computational framework for cellular reprogramming. By analyzing 11 independent datasets, the model identifies a universal youthful entropy threshold of H=0.2860 +- 0.0000. The research defines two distinct therapeutic tracks: a global "Aging Reversal" track utilizing piezoelectric stimulation to bridge a 0.012–0.049 eV energy barrier, and a "Neuro-Rescue" track for Parkinson's Disease, demonstrating that functional stability is achievable within Phase I by restoring excellence in 40% of regional clusters (Cn less or equal 0.000123).
