The Elevation of Diabetes Mellitus Awareness in Cosmic Life Dynamic System
Abstract
English Introduction This paper, "The Elevation of Diabetes Mellitus Awareness in Cosmic Life Dynamic System," proposes a fundamental revolution in the cognitive paradigm of diabetes. It completely abandons the linear medical model centered on "blood glucose," re-examining diabetes within the framework of the "Cosmic Life Dynamic System" derived from the Huangdi Neijingand integrated with modern systems science. The core thesis asserts that diabetes is not an isolated disease but a signal of systemic collapse resulting from the dysfunction of the "Spleen-Pancreas Functional Complex"—the central pivot of human life dynamics—leading to the complete stagnation of the "leftward and rightward rotation" energy cycle. All symptoms are holographic manifestations of the same system failure across different dimensions. The theory achieves three elevations: from "symptom treatment" to "root cause investigation" in pathology, from "components" to "networks" in systems thinking, and from "attachment to knowledge" to "virtuous knowing" in epistemology. Ultimately, the paper advocates for a shift to the "restoring pivot and rotation" adaptive paradigm, emphasizing listening to signals, repairing the pivot, and following virtue to achieve true healing. This work is not merely a medical document but a cognitive manifesto, offering a novel perspective for understanding complex systemic diseases.
