Abstract

We develop the Theory of Emergent Global Constraints (TCGE), a pre-geometric framework in which physical structure arises from a global constraint minimization principle. Without assuming spacetime, we show that metric properties, Lorentzian signature, and the weak-field Einstein equation (G₀₀ = κT₀₀) can emerge from asymmetric and symmetric constraint relations. Toy-model simulations verify the metric axioms and causal structure. The framework yields falsifiable structural predictions and clarifies the relation between constraint asymmetry, mass, and gravitational potential.
