Abstract

This article introduces Racial Empire Logic as a decolonial replacement for the term “white supremacy,” naming the structural enforcement of whiteness not as personal hatred but as the ruling code of global modernity. It defines Empire Loyalists as those across all racial identities who uphold this logic, not through intention but through alignment with institutional power. The piece critiques how legacy terms have been absorbed by liberal discourse and diluted by institutional co-optation. It offers a new vocabulary that cannot be softened into metaphor or training. Building on land-based frameworks and refusal protocols, the article maps the behavioral patterns of Racial Empire Logic, traces its operations across militarism, borders, extractive economies, and law, and names what already exists beyond it. It asserts that liberation requires language that cannot be translated by empire, systems that do not seek recognition, and governance rooted in ancestral memory. This is not a rhetorical shift. It is jurisdictional.
