Article Global Regularity as a Structural Question – Dimensional Stability and the Scope of Classical Formulations
Abstract
This manuscript analyzes the Navier–Stokes global regularity problem as a structural question concerning stability, dimensionality, and representational limits. Rather than proposing a direct solution to the Clay Millennium Problem, the paper investigates why the problem persists by examining the interaction between continuum formulations and fluctuation-driven instabilities. The work suggests that the unresolved status of the Navier–Stokes problem reflects a deeper mismatch between classical formulations and the structural conditions required for global stability. This manuscript is currently under review at Foundations of Physics.
