SkyArc: A Ground-Centric, Abort-Capable Transport Architecture for Pre-Insertion Space Access
Abstract
This paper presents SkyArc, a ground-centric, abort-capable transport architecturethat reframes ascent as a reversible logistics phase governed primarily byoperational constraints rather than thermodynamic limits.By decoupling atmospheric ascent from orbital insertion,SkyArc enables aviation-grade safety, fault tolerance, and infrastructure-level reusability for pre-insertion space access.
