Abstract

Care-Net Dataset contains real-world demand and facility-candidate data for elderly care facility location planning in Zhengzhou, China, together with synthetic benchmark instances constructed for EF-MCLP experiments. The dataset is intended to support reproducible evaluation and comparison of location-allocation methods on both real-world and controlled synthetic settings.
