Non-monotonic schemes for data transmission: an assessment
Abstract
This document assesses non-monotonic data transmission schemes by mapping the canonical four phases of a feedback-based communication protocol onto core concepts from Indian logic. The goal is not to alter the mathematics of such schemes, but to reinterpret their epistemic structure in a way that clarifies why iterative correction, feedback, and possible retraction of earlier decisions are not anomalies but central features of the system.
