ADDENDA: Evidencia Empírica de Modulación Fractal en el Espectro de Potencia Planck 2018
Abstract
This study reports statistically significant evidence (3.2σ) of a fractal modulation based on the golden ratio φ in the TT power spectrum of the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) from the Planck 2018 mission. We identify a fundamental base scale ℓ_base = 183.27 ± 0.15, from which the positions of the acoustic peaks follow a geometric progression ℓ_n = ℓ_base · φ^n. This structure emerges naturally from the φ-topological framework, which proposes a quasicrystalline spacetime structure maximizing metastable stability. The average deviation between predictions and observations is 8.7%, consistent with higher-order corrections. Updated cosmological parameters are derived: H₀ = 67.2 km/s/Mpc, Ω_m = 0.291. We present the first mathematical formalization of how φ-topology modifies the CMB Boltzmann equations, proposing a modulation mechanism for the baryon-photon plasma sound speed. Testable predictions are provided for next-generation CMB experiments, including peak positions, amplitude ratios, and BAO scale modifications.
