Abstract

Illustrative Failure Patterns in Sovereign Provenance and Logical Sovereignty is a non-normative, non-operational official record companion documenting recurrent constitutional failure modes in the preservation of sovereign continuity of memory, reasoning, and attribution. This volume does not establish doctrine, define evaluative frameworks, prescribe governance models, or provide interpretive stewardship. It does not authorize remedies, enforcement, reconstruction, or correction. It records how authority collapses under contest when provenance, reasoning continuity, or attribution cannot be constitutionally sustained, even where institutions remain operational and outcomes appear correct. The failure patterns documented herein illustrate structural conditions under which authority becomes unprovable, indeterminate, or void. Each pattern is mapped to the doctrinal premises of Continuity Before Authority (WHY), the integrity axes of the Institutional Continuity Integrity Framework (ICIF) (WHAT), and the interpretive constraints of Sovereign Continuity Stewardship (SCS) (HOW). Failure patterns are illustrative and forensic; they do not exhaust the domain of possible failure. This publication constitutes a Canonical Failure-Record Companion within the Continuity pillar of the Sovereign Corpus. It operates exclusively as an adjudicative reference for post-hoc constitutional evaluation of authority under contest. It is not a standard, framework, or guidance instrument and must not be operationalized, implemented, or certified against. The work is jurisdiction-neutral, technology-agnostic, and time-independent. It is intended for courts, tribunals, commissions of inquiry, regulators, and constitutional reviewers examining whether authority may still be claimed where continuity of memory and reasoning has failed or become indeterminate.
